Built for people working on commission.
Earnelytics is for appointment setters and closers working with more than one client. One place that says what you have earned, what is still outstanding and what is coming.
Because the answer was sitting in five tabs.
People who work on commission rarely work for one party. One client pays a percentage, the next a fixed fee per appointment, and the third in three installments spread over four months. That fits in a spreadsheet, right up until you add a second client.
From then on you are not selling, you are adding up. Every month, by hand, and every month there is one line you are not quite sure about. The number you are after is simple: what have I earned, what is still outstanding, and what is coming in. Finding it just costs you an evening.
Earnelytics is that number, and as little else as possible. You put your clients in with the arrangement you have, you log a deal, and the rest is calculated and split across the months for you. After that only one thing is asked of you: move the status when something happens.
What we deliberately do not build.
Software that does everything a little does nothing well. This is what we say yes and no to.
- Your commission per client, in one running total
- Deals that pay one-off, in installments or recurring
- A status on every line, from scheduled to paid out
- Amounts in euro, dollar and pound, never added together
- Your own data out of it whenever you want
- Create or send invoices
- Your bookkeeping or your VAT return
- Time tracking or an hourly rate
- Manage your team or keep a leaderboard
- Connect to your CRM or your mailbox
Yours, and it stays that way.
Your account holds the names of your clients and the amounts they agreed with you. We are careful with that.
- Everything sits on servers in the European Union.
- We do not look at your data unless you ask us for help with a failure.
- No analytics and no advertising. There is one optional cookie, and it only remembers which partner link brought you here.
- One button in Settings gives you everything we hold about you, and one button really deletes your account.
