The questions that come first.
- Can I get my data back out?
- Yes. One button in Settings gives you a file with everything we hold about you. Deleting your account is one button too, and then it really is gone.
- What happens to my clients’ details?
- You decide about those, not us. We keep them for you, on servers in the European Union, and we do not look at them unless you ask us for help with a failure.
- I work in euros and in dollars. Is that possible?
- Yes, you pick the currency per client: euro, dollar or pound. Amounts in different currencies are never added together, because that would produce a number that means nothing.
- Which languages can I use it in?
- Dutch, English and German. You switch inside the app.
- Can I cancel monthly?
- Yes. Cancellable monthly, and you do it yourself in the customer portal.
